Rigmor of Bruma, at least in the 2018 version, was stable enough to be part of a stupidly expansive mod list without noticeably adding to the bugs, it was fun and enjoyable, and so long as you followed the instructions of not fast traveling and focused on playing through Rigmor of Bruma early on in the play through it was fine.
